To comply with GPSR product safety regulations, Alex Sharp Ltd keeps a technical file on all products that are made available. As part of this technical file, we keep records of;

• a compliance safety assessment for each product type (i.e. one assessment for our greeting card products, another assessment for our print products, etc.);

• any reported safety issues or concerns from consumers for each product type over the past 10 years;

• how Alex Sharp Ltd is able to identify it's products that are sent out to consumers, and;

• our suppliers from whom Alex Sharp Ltd purchase materials to create our finished products.

 

Alex Sharp Ltd currently assess the level of risk as being LOW for our entire product range when it comes to consumer safety.
